About Pronounce Hair Serum

Apparently a hair serum is meant for styling and a hair oil is meant more for treatments that condition and nourish. I am *loving* this product as a healthy addition to my styling arsenal, yet also loving the way it’s helping to fix up my split ends. So, what you have here is both a hair serum AND a hair oil…so versatile!

How To Use Pronounce Hair Serum

This product is perfect to use when styling your hair in the mornings. The certified organic castor oil is a thicker carrier oil, but I’ve included the perfect amount in this product. It gives protection from the heat of the blowdryer and the hair straightener.

I also find that this product is great as a finisher in styling. On days when I let my hair dry naturally, I apply a small amount to the ends and I get a bit of light shine and the perfect finish. I also find it great to use right out of the shower on wet hair. It’s incredible how my hair laps it up and immediately looks healthier. Seriously…it’s like magic in a bottle!

Pronounce Hair Serum is great on both dry and wet hair (I use a bit more when my hair is wet). I use mainly on the ends, with some further up on a few strands. Use serum sparingly, as a little goes a long way. I use 2-4 pumps into the palm of my hand for the bottom of my hair (sometimes a bit more, sometimes a bit less). You can always use more, if needed. This is also great to use before styling with heat tools, like a curling iron, flat iron, hair dryer, etc.

Powerhouse Ingredients

Camellia Seed Oil

Certified organic camellia seed oil has been one of my favorite carrier oil finds in a while. Camellia seed oil is rich in vitamins A, B, C, and E, and is also a wonderful source of antioxidants. Camellia seed oil helps to seal and lock in moisture in your hair. Finally, camellia seed oil is a non-greasy oil that is very light and what is considered to be a ‘dry oil.’ Perfect for finishing off your hair styling!

Rosehip Seed Oil

Certified organic rosehip seed oil is another ‘dry oil’, but it’s so much more than that. Rosehip seed oil absorbs quickly, and it is extremely moisturizing and soothing. High in GLA, which is an essential fatty acid that is difficult to come by in our diet, which promotes healthy growth of hair, skin, and nails.

Both certified organic camellia oil and certified organic rosehip seed oil are dry oils, which means they don’t leave a super shiny sheen…just the right amount of glow. They soak in beautifully. Oh, and gosh, these oils smells so good, too!

Ylang Ylang Essential Oil

Not only does certified organic ylang ylang essential oil smell absolutely amazing (floral, sweet, intoxicating, soothing, sensual, yet musky), it’s a powerhouse for healthy hair. Dry, brittle split ends drink up ylang ylang, as it’s a natural conditioner.
