Natural Beeswax Pastilles Summary

Beeswax is a staple for DIY skincare, and many other DIY endeavors. You can use beeswax in cosmetics, salves, and lotions. You can also melt the wax down to make your own DIY candles. It is the “wax esters” found in beeswax (and our own skin, too!) that help to bind and emulsify ointments, lipsticks and lotions.

Beeswax is a natural hydrating ingredient which helps to increase moisture in your skin and really ‘lock’ it in. This is why you commonly find it in hand and body creams to help retain natural skin moisture, and also provide relief from itching in sensitive and dry skin.
