Certified Organic Rosehips Summary
Rosehips are most popular for their high vitamin C levels. In fact, they are higher in vitamin C than even citrus fruits! However, it’s not just vitamin C that these babies are packed with, they also contain antioxidants, vitamin E, vitamin K, and minerals like calcium, magnesium, and zinc. Granted you aren’t going to get tons of calcium from rosehips, at least not enough to compare to milk, but it’s nice to know that when you have a cup of rosehip tea you are getting much more than just flavored water!
All these vitamins and nutrients make rosehips great at supporting the immune system, healing, and protection against diseases. All of this means I’m sure to stock up on these rose fruits come cold and flu season!
Rosehip Uses
Tea: Since rosehips have been shown to help us deal with stress, boost our immunity, decrease water retention, and even help with iron absorption, adding rosehips into an herbal tea blend is a great way to help support women during pregnancy.
Syrup: You can even add rosehips into our elderberry syrup recipe for an extra boost (grab our elderberry syrup recipe on our Scratch Mommy blog and purchase elderberries from Pronounce Skincare here).
Precautions: No known precautions. We recommend that you consult with a qualified healthcare practitioner before using herbal products, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, or on any medications.

I love ordering herbs from here because everything is priced fairly and just the right amount! I include Rose Hips in my tea almost every night and used them for a Rose Hip/Calendula Glycerite. Definitely get yourself some Rose Hips!

Now here a flower that has that soft healing ability for the skin. My order was definitely complete with Rosehips in it. They were the most perfect bud like viberate in color flower I saw in my package! So excited about these. Not only is it great for the skin, but when you make a tea, the smell will take the stress right away.
