Certified Organic Rosehip Seed Oil Summary

Rosehip seed oil is an incredible carrier oil…a favorite here at Pronounce! The color is light amber, and it is actually considered to be a “dry” oil, which means that it will soak into skin very easily and quickly, and leaves no greasy residue. This unique oil contains many essential fatty acids and is high in GLA, which is an essential fatty acid that is difficult to come by in our diet. GLA promotes healthy growth of hair, skin, and nails.

Rosehip seed oil is suitable for all skin types, but is especially great for both mature and dry skin types. It is a carrier oil that can be used in all skin care recipes. It is a wonderful treat for hydrating your skin, and it will penetrate dry skin instantly. Rosehip seed oil has a very delicate nature, and as such, it should be kept refrigerated.

Certified Organic Rosehip Seed Oil Uses

Rosehip seed oil may be used directly from the bottle as a moisturizer for your skin, and can be incorporated into lotions, facial oils, massage oils, makeup creations, and creams. Because it is so gentle, you can feel free to use certified organic rosehip seed oil undiluted on your skin.

Here in the Pronounce Skincare shop you’ll find argan oil in our nourishing Hair Serum. Rather make your own goodies using rosehip seed oil? We have a few great recipes on our sister site, Scratch Mommy, with rosehip seed: DIY Pumpkin Spice Body Lotion, DIY Anti-Aging Night Cream, and DIY Face Serum for Aging Skin.
