Certified Organic Roasted Chicory Root Summary
Chicory is a larger relative of dandelions. Their large taproots have been used as a delicious coffee substitute for generations, especially during times when coffee wasn’t unavailable. Chicory is high in vitamin C, a powerful antioxidant, and has the largest concentration of inulin of any plant that contains inulin.
